Key Responsibilities

●        Support patients in identifying relevant topics for provider consultations

●        Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

●        Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

●        Ability to understand and explain basic medical terminology

●        Endocrinology, hormone health, or healthcare experience preferred

●        Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute. Training will be provided for the right candidate

●        Comfortable operating within a defined non-clinical scope

●        Willingness to complete required training

●        Must have reliable high-speed internet, access to their own computer, and a working webcam for meetings and training.

Compensation

●       $16-$18/hour with room for advancement

●       Paid training at your hourly rate

●       Additional compensation: Patients may elect to schedule optional follow-up calls with their assigned advocate after intake. These calls are compensated separately and support continuity of care and patient understanding.

Note: We do utilize WebWork tracking for hourly positions. Computer or laptop access is essential. This is a 1099 position.

Part-Time Concierge Health Coach & Onboarding Specialist
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Clinic

We are hiring motivated team members to support HRT patient acquisition and education, ongoing patient support services, and consultations for optional health coaching. This is a non-clinical, patient-facing role focused on guiding individuals through clinic programs, ensuring accurate intake documentation, and supporting continuity of care in a HIPAA-compliant manner.

Position Overview

Patient Care Advocates serve as a primary administrative and educational contact for prospective and new patients. Responsibilities include handling acquisition calls, conducting structured intake calls with secure data entry (bloodwork review), and guiding patients through recommended clinic programs based on their needs and goals.

A foundational understanding of endocrinology and basic medical terminology is required to appropriately educate patients, answer common questions, and help patients prepare for informed discussions with their licensed medical provider.

Availability requirements for this position are during business hours, Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. This is a work-from-home position and actual hours worked are variable based on patient volume and your calendar availability.

Advocates are not medical providers and do not diagnose or prescribe.
