“M&M” represents co-founders Dj Madson and Garrett Madson, a married duo and proud United States Marine Corps veterans. What began during the COVID-19 lockdowns as a passion for nutrition, fitness, and performance optimization quickly evolved into a shared vision to help others transform their own lives via a comprehensive health and wellness company. Together they built not only their own physical strength but also the foundation of what would become M&M Health.
Today, under the leadership of CEO Dj Madson, M&M Health proudly serves thousands of clients worldwide, empowering individuals and organizations to achieve lasting, measurable results in health, fitness, and overall well-being.
