Step 1: Order Labs
We begin with a comprehensive bloodwork panel to establish a clear baseline of your health. Recent labs are highly recommended for all patients and required for HRT. You may use results from your primary care provider or order one of our customized panels through M&M Labs for convenience.

Step 2: Consultation & Intake
Once your labs are complete, you will meet with a dedicated Patient Care Advocate to review your goals, discuss program options, and determine the best treatment pathway for your needs. During this call, we complete your intake, set up your patient portal, and prepare you for your provider visit.

Step 3: Provider Meeting
Your medical provider carefully reviews your labs, history, and goals before designing a customized care plan. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all medicine; Every prescription is tailored to you and guided by ethical, evidence-based practices.

Step 4: Receive Your Treatments
After approval, your prescription is shipped directly to your door for maximum convenience. You will receive timely refill and renewal reminders to ensure continuity of care without interruption.

Step 5: Monitor & Follow Up
An 8-week follow-up is required to monitor progress, adjust dosing if needed, and order updated labs when appropriate. Most therapies take up to 3 months for noticeable results, so we offer optional ongoing check-ins to help us optimize your outcomes and support your long-term success.
