      Our group programs are available as 6-month and 12-month commitments to ensure both employers and groups receive the full benefit of our programs.

      We offer multiple payment options for your convenience. Our goal is to make sure our services are within reach for everyone. If our clients prefer monthly installments or billing, they can opt for a payment plan via Klarna.

      We focus on nutrition and habits, and we offer recommended daily movement or cardio goals. Although strength training is recommended, you do not have to work out or be an athlete for our wellness programs. We focus on practical sustainability.

      Communication is key- your success is largely dependent on your comfort and ability to freely communicate with your coach or advisor. If you feel it may not be a good fit, please contact our account manager immediately and we will make sure to get you set up with an alternate advisor who better suits your preferences.

      If you are not affiliated with any of our current corporate clients, you can inquire for individual services through our coaching program here. Our corporate services are only provided to partnering practices and businesses so we can provide exclusive pricing and train advisors and nutritionists for each organization’s individual wellness plans.
