Not at this time. To provide the highest quality care and avoid barriers, our practice operates on a cash-pay basis. This model allows us to make medical decisions based solely on what is best for the patient rather than insurance limitations.

We do not require any ongoing memberships for care. Some services may require up-to-date lab work and regular provider visits.

After completing your initial appointment and receiving your prescription:
HRT patients will need to complete an initial 8-week follow-up appointment with labs.
Provider appointments are required every 6 months to continue active treatment plans.
HRT patients must complete routine bloodwork every 6 months and meet with a provider for treatment adjustments and prescription refill authorization.
In some cases, more frequent appointments may be helpful while refining or adjusting a treatment plan.

Lab work is not required for prophylactic or peptide-only therapies. We do require recent photos for GLP therapies.
However, bloodwork and a consultation with an M&M health coach are strongly recommended to ensure safe and effective treatment planning.

Ongoing treatment and prescription refills require compliance with provider visit and lab requirements. If required follow-ups are not completed, treatment continuation or refills may be delayed until care requirements are met.
-
Medication-related issues, including shipping delays, dispensing errors, or pharmacy fulfillment concerns, are the responsibility of the dispensing pharmacy. M&M Health Solutions does not manufacture, dispense, or ship medications directly.
We are happy to assist in coordinating communication with the pharmacy when needed.
-
Failure to attend required provider visits or complete required labwork may delay treatment continuation or prescription refills until care requirements are met. Missed appointments are not refundable.
